We do not charge any extra fees for packaging, and we never profit from shipping costs — our goal is simply to deliver your treasure safely. Combined shipping is available to reduce your total cost when ordering multiple items.

Every parcel includes a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
If you would like to add insurance, please let us know at checkout or before your order is shipped.

❗ If You Haven’t Received Your Parcel
Please contact us first — we will initiate a claim with the French postal service on your behalf.
Note: A package must be officially considered “missing” for 90 days before a claim can result in compensation. While this is rare, we appreciate your patience during the process.

If your item was insured, please report the damage to your local post office immediately and request a written report.
If possible, open the package in the presence of the delivery agent and document everything with photos.
We will assist you with the claim process from our end.
🌍 Customs & Import Duties
Import taxes, duties or local fees are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your local customs office for specific regulations.
🇺🇸 Good news for U.S. buyers: antiques over 100 years old are exempt from import duties.
